Squirrel-senpai saying “I think I can see why you were chosen” is such a refreshing reaction to OP main character powers. Like, he isn’t complimenting the blessing, but her as a person and how she’s been using it. Unrelated, but the boy sure loves his nut-based desserts, lol.
I’ve been having fun trying to work out everyone’s powers, and this week was especially easy because their names were mostly just regular words, lol.
French, German, and Russian vocab lesson
- Cheval: French for horse
- Qualle: German for jellyfish (makes sense for the maritime squad commander, lol)
- Adler: German for eagle (and we got to see him in action)
- Volk: Russian for wolf
When the captain said that Sophia’s her will get in the way of fighting I was worried she was going to cut them too short but I was pleasantly surprised.
