I’d recommend mods unless you also like being pegged by bugs and crashes. Also possibly something to help with combat, it’s a little jank when not using V.A.T.S.

Just know that it’s buggy, even with the stability mods. RTGame’s experience with the crashes in his playthrough is pretty on point.After getting pegged for 200 hours, you should really take a break (actually probably before that).
