The only issue I have is with steam listing it’s first tag as LGBQ… Are people really out there soley searching for video games that match their sexual Identity?

This tag system is from the community no? LGBTQIA+ people put this one to show the game will not trigger them and a lot of “too much woke” also put this tag to show that the game is “woke”

Sometimes I purposefully seek out LGBTQ games.

It’s nice to see a story that I can actually relate to once in a while, instead of another “straight white guy who is enough of an every man to be relatable to the masses, but still strong enough to save the world and get the girl.” Seeing the same “Hero’s Story” over and over and over in media gets boring, and if you want to see more of something, that thing needs to be profitable so more people make it.

Yes. Remember when people were upset that V’s pronouns were tied to their genitals? And it wasn’t the usual right-wing shitheads complaining.

Tons of gamers actually do spend the time looking for a game that won’t “trigger” them in some way - which imo defeats the purpose of a lot of games that are made but whatever. People are able to do what they want with their time.
