The incident took place in Lower Manhattan near the PACE University and likely close to the hotels the two victims were living in. Hopefully something gets distributed soon, so far NYPD has only released the remaining boy’s statements about what happened before the attack.
Not sure where the dining hall entrance is but that’s the side of the building it would have taken place at, apparently a PACE student saw the aftermath and called for help.
There are some stores nearby. Perpetrators came and then left on foot, I have no idea which direction but the information might be available somewhere.
