And whenever I want to try something new for the first time, I always try to find a good restaurant that makes it as authentic as possible so I can decide whether its something I like.

Ah so this what cheese fondue is. We don’t really have that here but will try and find a good restaurant nearby that sells one.
It’s not that hard to make it yourself. If you can get some decent cheese.
