    Idgaf, Windows deserves every piece of hate that comes its way, especially the latest iteration that purposely hides features from you and constantly interrupts your workflow with useless popups

      It’s not even an OS at this point as much as adware, spyware, and malware (ex. intentionally breaking multiboot) in a trench coat. To top it all off, it is just terrible for performance and reliability (on top of, you know, spying on you and likely making that “recall” screenshots available to governments to help them find dissidents).

      I’m definitely in the minority, but I like windows 11 a lot. Its got a lot of great features that 10 didn’t have. And almost everything that people complain about in windows 11 is pretty easy to turn off or change.

        sounds like you lucked out.

        from what I’ve seen, it’s completely random on a pc by pc basis if an update will re-enable some “feature” that the user manually disabled.

        I think microsoft does this on purpose, so that some people can share their genuine good opinions while still ruining it for the majority of users.
