I work on an internal hosting platform for a web development firm. When users (who are actually developers of other applications hosted in the platform) they do the exact same shit they complain about customers doing: taking screenshots with zero context, not including the relevant URL or just no relevant information at all. I always have to play 20 questions to get to the bottom of simple problems.
