I only play SSF, so not too sure about awakened trade, but looks like there is an up to date build for Linux. I’ve never played PoE on Windows, but runs extremely smooth on Linux. For application specific remapping you can use tools like xremap.
I use: https://github.com/ChrisTitusTech/winutil but it’s still extra work we shouldn’t be forced to endure
also I use Linux, I just game on a windows partition

primarily path of exile and all the accompanying third party applications that seem to only exist on windows.
I play PoE too! Works great on Linux, and I run PoB through Bottles.
