So technically I have my periods hormonally but don’t bleed or feel pain, so there’s that option if you don’t plan on ever having kids.
Some of those aren’t really optional… I’d love to not menstruate, but I gotta wait for menopause for that. Not my choice to bleed for several days and get major cramps and back pain every month. It just happens.
