The worst is when the product owner thinks and tries to act as project manager
A person that keeps trying to control everyone around them… Sounds like a typical soap opera villain to me…
In my world, very much not software development, the two roles would essentially be the same thing. What’s the difference for you?
Product owner is responsible for making sure the product meets customer needs. Project manager is responsible for making sure the project is completed on time and meets the requirements that are defined by the PO.
