Well they got me at least for a Steam Controller.

I was worried they downgraded the VR controllers but the webpage says “Capacitive finger tracking” so idk I guess they just found a way to get rid of the brittle plastic rings from Knuckles?

Should’ve announced a new flagship VR game along side this IMO.

They still did downgrade the controllers. If I want to let go of an object in-game with the index controllers then I just naturally let go of the controller, but with these the controller would fall to the ground, or at least just be dangling by a wrist strap.

There is an optional accessory for knuckle straps for these, mentioned in some of the 3rd party reviews.

Which somewhat implies the ability for custom knuckle straps and other accessories as well since they are detachable with mount points.

Damn, I still use my old steam machine (the zotac nen one). It’s been superseded by the deck for gaming, but now runs all my self-hosted stuff. The new controller looks quite nice too

I was about to buy a new Xbox controller to replace my old 360 controller that’s starting to show its age, but I guess I’ll at least wait until the price reveal of the Steam controller’s price

I mistakingly wrote 6600, it’s similar to a lower clocked RX 7600. Though it’s performance is not that much different than the 6600. It’s a okay GPU. It’s a entry level GPU, i.e. the most inexpensive to get while still getting good value.
