      I’ve been reading a bit on the topic, they fit two different use cases

      • you can selfhost: Immich
      • you want to use a provider or prefer E2EE embedded: Ente (e.g. you want to host it on a VPS and not bother with drive encryption)

      There’s also https://zeitkapsl.eu/en/ that offers E2EE , but no selfhosting
