I’m Swiss, but I was born and raised in the Gulf states. When I visit Switzerland during the cold season, I immediately become depressed, irritable, and in a bad mood. I prefer the heat 100%. I don’t think I could live in a place with a cold climate and be happy.
More internally, I am more annoyed when it’s cold. Back in scouts, during the yearly weekend winter camp, I was sometimes a little more irritable before I was up and warm, but I’m usually fine and can handle the cold and the Devil’s Dandruff ( snow ).
Otherwise, I tend to be more internal with how the weather effects my mood rather than showing it through external emotions.
