Which version should I use for Linux Debian? and I will have to look into Soulseek.

  You’ll want the amd64.deb file for debian unless your computer has an arm cpu in which case it would be the arm64.deb. Nicotine+ is a good soulseek client (https://flathub.org/en/apps/org.nicotine_plus.Nicotine)
