Not yet. As far as I understand, the target is 2028 with a phased rollout: first emergency services, then tests like radiology, CAT scans, etc, then dental & optometry last. At every stage the elderly will be prioritized, then children, then everyone else. The phased rollout is to build capacity so the system doesn’t get overrun and collapse.
