Never really understood why people drink aspartame water. Soda was originally intended to be a sugary treat and an experience to be enjoyed every once in a while, not a daily source of hydration.
You develop a taste for it
I feel like it helps with digestion after eating heavily, but I can’t even picture someone literally drinking them for hydration
Soda is enjoyable, aspartame is healthier than corn syrup. It’s pretty simple.
I love the taste of aspartame, it’s so so good. If I’m having a soda, I only drink diet pepsi because it’s the most aspertame-y of all the colas. I don’t like the regular sugar ones
