You mix those two things together in warm water to create Mike Ware’s NewCyanotype formula. Then you paint them over paper or other surfaces and expose them to UV light under a photo negative. The result is that a blue print photo is created. Then you wash away that image in water. The blue bits are water insoluble so they stay. The rest is dissolved And floats away.
