Realistically, no matter where you went, you would be bringing so many diseases that nobody would have immunity to. Instead of bringing them protection from small pox, you would just bring them Covid.
Can always plan one of those sealed hazard suits in to the trip, though that might make being trusted a lot more difficult if you go anywhere that doesn’t have a functional germ theory…

I’m surprised that there isn’t one featuring a non-european queen instead of usually European (I’ve seen ones for Theodora, Catherine, Joan, now Boudicca) but I haven’t for Nzinga of Ndongo and Matamba, Queen Candace of Ethiopia, Shammuramat, or even Tomoe Gozen
