That’s not “the law”. That’s “the Constitution”
And everyone knows that can’t be amended.
It certainly can be, but it’s such a high bar to get over that these days I’m not sure there will be another amendment.
What is the constitution if not a law?
In the strict legal sense it is not the law, it is the document that defines how laws are created.
