Sound and communications technician. I put cables in the walls, floors or ceilings for structured cabling projects.
Not glamorous work but, I get to be in large buildings and, most of the time I work in climate controlled occupied space.

I thought the same thing, I’ve never heard of Nazis being into dance music.
Thanks for getting back to me.
I do a little cabling so the idea of using a plumb to align a cable drop sounds wild to me lol.
Then again I haven’t been doing cableing very long so what the hell do I know.
I never even considered this. I’m so used to carpenters using lasers now that I forgot plumb bobs were more popular.
What kind of work was this?
Pardon my ignorance, I only know surveyors that use plumb bobs.
Huh, today I learned. Thanks grue.
That sounds so dope.
Thanks for the laugh, you had me in the first half.
Not bad work, I’d use Velcro.
Why would this electric company care? Would the company not sell the customers a solution?
Exactly! A shitty race to the bottom even for electricity is my point.
Never under estimate capitalism’s ability to create a shittier alternative, is all I’m saying.
Hypothetically, what if my electricity, in my shitty profit seeking corporation, cycles inconsistently?
What if my equipment at my rinky-dink substation fluctuates between something absurd like 40hz to 70hz.
This would be extremely dirty electricity\ electromagnetic pollution.
If we could rewrite most countries constitutions we should include all of this. We would need this on paper for governments to be truly obligated to the welfare of its people.
Thanks for taking the time to engage with me.
Right, this is sensible and positive for society as a whole.
My question is, where is it written that are they obligated? How can governments be held to that obligation?
Thanks for clarifying your point.
I agree its not a particularly noteworthy occurrence, I thought your comment seemed kinda gatekeepy.
I don’t know much about the game so I value your insight.
I like the idea but, what evidence do you have to support this argument? Other than it being the moral and correct thing to do.
I’m not sure its just that. There seems to be alot of discourse surrounding this game.
Do you have any thoughts about the topic or did you just want to be critical of the article?
Idk that knee on the planted leg looks locked.
This is new to me. Well done.
