No need to resort to incoherent name-calling.
Russia invaded Ukraine, but war is not genocide, as much as the banderite government likes to turn everything into genocide to minimize their history of the original Banderites and other collaborators perpetrating the actual Holocaust.
If Russia wanted to carry out the war in a way that involved genocide, just carpet-bombing cities or things like that, it absolutely could, it has maybe the second or third strongest air force in the world. Luckily for everyone involved (other than perhaps frontline Russians), Russia knows that it shouldn’t do that, and so it isn’t.
I don’t see why you feel the need to so readily call people who disagree with you fascists. I don’t think you’re a fascist, I just think you’re a well-meaning individual who was tricked by the PR of a liberal-fascist alliance. What would make me a fascist? I certainly don’t like Russia, I don’t have some fantasy of the Eurasian peninsula united under the Russian Federation. I’m not here to tell you that Putin is a good guy, he’s a mafioso like you see at the head of most liberal states. I’ve got no problem with people speaking Ukrainian, though I sure wish they’d find a better national hero than, it must be repeated, a literal perpetrator of the Holocaust, but I also think those weirdos in Russia who worship the pogromist Tsar Nicholas II should get a better idol as well. Please, tell me what kind of fascist I am.
The closest thing to genocide in Ukraine is the conscription carried out by the banderite government for the meat grinder of an unwinnable war.
The only thing it’s useful for is an approximate answer to the question “Who does the Economist Group want to lionize?”
but works alot more like the type of socialism that’s common in Europe.
i.e. not the socialism of Marx
but I still think the Nordic countries are what most people would refere to as at least a little bit socialist.
If you ignore that country with 1.4 billion people and a few others, i.e. the majority of country calling their countries socialist.
Maybe the proper term is social democratic?
Yes, that is the proper term
Only one of those four is white, and it’s a classic reactionary tactic to downplay him compared to the Georgian and the older Han Chinese example
Because authority carried out under the pretenses of private property is whitewashed in liberal states, who are the ones in your question doing the “considering”.
idk, seems fine to me.
Always neat to see another fan of CSB/Woolie around. I haven’t seen your instance name before, at least that I can remember.
Main one worth sharing is Blowback. The rest are comedy slop.
Iran had a consulate bombed and wants to establish to Israel that it’s not allowed to do something like that. I don’t see how anyone is “being played” by that.
Would explain it taking hours
A brutal crackdown on the ability of the bourgeoisie to influence elections, buy politicians, and hold office, such that liberals will crow about “human rights” and “freedom” being violated. We can draw fine distinctions between different systems, but fundamentally they still fall on the same side of the fence.
Yes, and that’s good. How’s your aristocratic pseudo-democracy, authored by elites (possibly slavers, depending on your country) who feared real democracy and passed down your present system, doing for you and the world?
Like, do you really look at how there’s massive popular consensus to fight climate change, have better healthcare systems, stop genocidal wars, all of which your aristocratic politicians ignore, and then say “We need less democracy because muh mob rule”??
What Trump Derangement Syndrome does to a mf
It shouldn’t be hard to understand that what the US cares about are the rights of capital and of empire, not human rights
“It’s a Bad Country and the actions taken against it by the US are the fault of the Bad Country’s leadership, not the US”
“Oh, but I’m not supporting the US, merely absolving them of guilt”
Chickenshit nonsense
This was true of, what? Denmark? But not the Nordic countries writ large.
However what is important to remember is that the sanctions are imposed based on the regimes actions against it’s population
I don’t know every single sanction against the DPRK, but over the last 40 years the sanctions have all been in connection to nuclear development and things like that. Also, it’s rich that you talk about communists being hypocrites while you take western powers at their word for why they are imposing sanctions that starve people by your own admission. The US has done and is doing much crueler things to the people of these states than the states themselves have ever done in any but the most unhinged fantasies.
