Much appreciated!
With no clear winner in terms of performance, which one do you think has the most durable material? I have been using a Corsair Voyager mini for years, which I think has an aluminum shell, and it very quickly bent inward on the side that doesn’t have the contacts, usually I need to put a key or some other metal thing into the USB slot of the drive to re-flatten it before it can be plugged in.
Remember these are the same engineers who put the Magic Mouse charging port on the bottom, making the mouse unusable while you charge it
And I just found this saying they have added official support to Rider
I think this plugin that I was looking at adds GDScript language support for almost all of them
I was really impressed with Rider when I tried it out with Unity development, I’d love to use it, but I’ve switched to Godot and GDScript
I use IntelliJ and CLion daily at work, and PyCharm to a lesser extent, JetBrians makes some awesome IDEs
Edit: Now I’ve gone down a rabbit hole and it seems there’s a way to work with GDScript in one of the JetBrains IDEs, neat
Oh that remote is not a bad idea, does it do mouse input via the circle d pad? Or is it keyboard only?
I didn’t realize Valve released SteamOS to be installed on other devices, that’s killer! I just threw mint on a 15 year old laptop a few weeks ago and VNC into it from my phone to control it as my streaming box.
Exactly what I do with my ancient series 3, I have had no issues unless I forget my charger. I can go maybe 36 hours before a charge, closer to 30 if I do a few workouts.
That all being said, my fiancée and a friend both have series 3s that can’t even stay alive for 12 hours. I had my watch for a year longer than they did, so it’s not an age thing, I just think the batteries are very hit or miss.
My early 2015 MBP is still my daily driver for programming, I will never regret spending so much on an MBP when they last this long. I went through two windows laptops in four years before this one. It is starting to show its age with only 8 GB of RAM, but I’m going to use it until it melts haha
Used Airalo in the EU last year, only complaint was it took a few hours for the data to work reliably, but it was 100% after that. I’ve recommended it to everyone I know traveling.
I have used 1Password with the annual plan for years across various browsers and operating systems and have found it to be perfect for everything I need. I will definitely take a look at Proton though.
The amount of websites that limit passwords to 16 characters is alarming
I don’t think I would have purchased it, but it was a blast to play with PC GamePass. Had a solid weekend where I couldn’t put it down, eventually I got into a loop of just going egg hunting and waiting for them to hatch and uninstalled because I was finally burned out.

If I sleep on my back I get the most vivid and long nightmares, and, if I fall asleep in another position and then wake up from a nightmare, I’m almost always on my back. Not sure what it is, fiancée says I don’t snore or sound like I have trouble breathing.
I will hold onto my $700 3080 until it spits fire, cannot believe I was lucky enough to get it at launch.
Yep I had a couple aluminum ones, the 90 degree walls by the contacts would always bend inward to make a trapezoid ship on the connector instead of a rectangle and they sucked to try to bend back every time
