Its not that he said age verification is holocaust. He made the valid point, that no one should mindlessly following laws.
Also, there is a difference between drawing a comparison and equating events, or downplaying the suffering of the Holocaust.

Then you underestimate the fact, how replacable these leaders are. It isn’t like we would just need better leaders. There is no reform to make this system work for everyone.
If I would avoid code by companies I see as unethical, I could throw my computer away. But that’s the beauty of open source, I don’t care who has written the code, I care about being able to look at it and change it for my personal use.
