Wish Signal still did normal txt messages I dislike having more than one app but yeah I guess they have their reasons.

Cool ignore my comments on this I was reading it badly wrong just didn’t like the sound of a community mod being able to ban for basically all communities on the same server or even worse more servers.

My bad.

To be fair, I can see the point of needing to ban users from entire servers but just who gets that power is the thing bothering me, obviously the server owner should have it but do random mods or bots get it.

Because something like that would make me think why comment at all.

Won’t pretend I understand this but it reads a lot to me like if a community mod decides to ban you because he doesn’t like an opinion or something you get banned from the whole server and every community in it.

As someone whose had many bans on places like Reddit for absolute junk reasons mostly not being an American and having my opinion on things this is giving me second thoughts about the whole fediverse.

I really think it’s artificial sweeteners but I also think they just taste horrible.

I’ll be honest I made a matrix account just in case Signal gets compromised, haven’t convinced anyone else to try it so I haven’t used it at all.

These devices have replaced play services with things like micro g, so yes they will run pretty much any android app even Google ones would work but that would be defeating the purpose.

Who knows how does a YouTuber like say Ssniperwolf get millions of followers, it’s baffling.

I noticed this on droidify a few days ago had to disable the update on that version of libretorrent to stop it continuously trying to update.

One of the very first things I installed on my Fire cube was SmartTube the YouTube ads were so ridiculous already I found it unwatchable.

I wish it had a real rival but realistically nobody’s in a position to pay content creators really except them.

That may be true but it is still my best option if Google plays idiot like they seem to be planning. My current phone supports e/OS for the record and that’s the only reason I’ve paid it attention.

I’ve probably got most of the world beat as kids aged around maybe 7 or 8 we got a bottle of patchene and half a dozen of us got stupid drunk in the local park.

But yeah didn’t do it regularly until I’m guessing aged 15 or so.

I’m thinking a touch more extreme and have the bottom photo bodybags. But yeah I’m one for overkill.
