It’s pretty easy to explain why people prefer CLI over GUI programs. You have to learn a new interface for every single GUI program, whereas you learn one interface for every CLI program.

It would marginally decrease the chance of your password being brute forced, which is likely the last way your password would ever get hacked, and most services have rate limiting to make this impossible or overwhelmingly unlikely anyway. So I’m gonna say no, not even slightly.

It’s my personal opinion that having sex with a condom is worse than not having sex, and I’m not getting a vasectomy until I’m confident I never want kids. Their reversibility is dubious at best and it’s not worth the risk if you aren’t 100% sure.
