Also threaten to pull broadcast licenses for any news agency that looks at you with squinting eyes. Yay freedom of speech.

Downward angle is increasing significantly now though, I’d imagine

That was Enshittification version 1.0
We are at version 3.2 already
Maybe AI wrote the script too
These billionaire special snowflakes sure go through a lot of effort to build safe spaces for themselves
You only need to hop on for 30s or so to realize why people wouldn’t feel inclined to spend time there unless it to quickly bathe one’s self in fascism and misinformation.
Sort of what America will feel like if Elon gets his scummy hands on political power.
But we don’t know if time even had a beginning, thus the contract is unenforceable.
I ain’t linking any bank accounts to that dystopian cesspool and its tyrant CEO with no regard for rule of law who constantly steps on legal landmines and skirts all regulations and precautions.
Like…PayPal had some bad practices, but nothing like the incompetence and complete disdain for his own users/customers that Musk brings to the table
PayPal was a service provided by a different company, Confinity, founded by Peter Thiel and others.
Musk didn’t really have anything to do with it. He, with others, founded X.com, that was meant to be an online banking system, and sort of became a competitor to PayPal.
Eventually they merged and Musk became CEO and highest shareholder. 6 months later the board of directors replaced him with Thiel while he was out of the country, but Musk still made a fortune with his shares.
I’ll pick the side that’s not trying to overthrow the foundations of democracy
They should give access to one last update that displays “Fuck Putin” on your screen at all times
It’s good to be able to honestly assess the competition. Hopefully Ford is taking notes
Amazon found a cheat code where they can avoid all brick and mortar fees and employees and leases and store inventory, made Bezos the richest man in the world…
And somehow they just can’t fucking stomach the idea of treating their employees with enough respect to not jam propaganda in their faces all day to stop them from asking for the slightest bit more.
AI companies specializing in spreading bullshit all across the internet have a bright future however
I’m gonna have to ask you to stop abusing whatever random reddit mod flagged you back then in case they might be here. Or else.
As you can see, I responded to that comment. You seem to have at least some acknowledgement that maybe it wasn’t quite what you were going for and must therefore have been hyperbole. I took a more pessimistic view.
But yes, I’m aware some movements have violent elements to them. The ones we remember with reverence have other elements to them as well.
True, the post I responded to called for at least 10 execs:
I can tell you if we took a crowbar to at least 10 Executives, throw 5 CEOs out from the highest windows and entrap 20 middle managing power-tripping pricks. I’m sure this would be a huge U-Turn for these people.
Personally i think there’s a bit more to worker’s rights movements
Boiling the entire worker’s rights movement down to bashing some CEO’s kneecaps in a parking garage
Plus all the MAGA dorks that’ll be in charge keep talking about cancelling the CHIPS Act which probably impacts decision making…
