I don’t know of a tutorial specifically for this, but I think these rough steps might help you:

1. Install nvim-lspconfig
2. Install and set up mason.nvim
3. Install and set up mason-lspconfig.nvim
4. Configure mason-lspconfig.nvim to automatically enable installed language servers
5. Install the lsp servers for css, html and ts_ls
