I am fully ready to be down voted for, but Cyberpunk 2077.

I finally got around to trying it out a little after Phantom Liberty came out and the game itself had all of the updates, so I thought it would be the best time to try it out.

I just couldn’t get into it. I got so tired of the constant stopping my progress for dialogue and that God forsaken fast forwarding mechanic that I feel they just put there to mock me.

The game itself is just fine, but I don’t understand why everyone is now calling it one of the greatest games of recent times.

Finally, a take of yours I actually agree with.

It’s a movie about a guy with stretchy limbs and another guy made of rocks, it’s not that serious dude. Calm down.

Personally, Another Crabs Treasure and Paleo Pines makes it worth it.

I’ve also wanted to play No More Heroes so I’m definitely more into this months than last months.

Dude, calm down. My point was that there has been like 60 live service games like this that have shut down within the past 5-10 years. Did you see me say anything about the gameplay itself? No, I only mentioned the player base and servers.

Can’t wait for the news about it inevitably dropping in players. Followed by news of permanent server shutdown within the next 2 years (I’m being extremely generous.)

Maybe it’s just me, but no matter what the ban was for (I’m very aware Reddit is going ban-crazy and has just been shit in general,) I feel it’s a bad omen that one community (connected communities, fediverse, what have you) is being largely inhabited by people banned from other communities.

Man, I just watched this video last night and it’s a crazy watch. The guy was surprisingly calm given the situation (though I’m sure he was freaking the fuck out on the inside.) and it just kept escalating.

Seeing the humanity among the Nepal community was heartwarming as well.

I haven’t watched the update videos yet, but I know he’s released several more videos recapping the events, the proceeding fallout, and interviewing some of the people he had encountered.

That’s still really cool to hear though, definitely looking forward to see where that is in a few years.
