Look I know I am kicking a hornet’s nest here. First of all I am a Linux supporter, I have used the green Ubuntu since 2012, and I have been gaming on it since 2022.

But I am really curious about how the new ally 2 with the Xbox tweaked version of win 11 is going to turn out. Not that I would use it, if I get a handheld it will probably run Bazzite. But since Bazzite is basically a purpose built Linux OS for handhelds, I think the best comparison would be the Xbox team’s purpose built Windows 11 for handhelds.

I still believe Microsoft will take the loss even with the tweaked version, but just like how we will cry if they put for example Hannah Montana Linux and Microsoft beats it somehow in certain examples with their new Xbox win 11 mobile.

Well I love Mint, but nothing is stopping you from experimenting with other distros, now and then I try a couple new distros to see if there is anything that fits me better, but I personally keep coming back to mint. Nothing wrong with sticking with something that works, mint is really intuitive in my opinion, why it just works for me

It is called equity equivalents, this is where you don’t give away equity but basically still pay as if you are, hence I admit royalties are maybe not the right word but for my it is similar. Unlike other international tech companies like Google or Microsoft in our country that pays equity equivalents, the telecommunications requirements are equity or slice of your business.

Funny enough, I do believe our BEE laws in South Africa should be scrapped. Even though I have never played fable, giving them time is never a bad thing. Industry is known to push an unreasonable time for game developers to create a game, leading to extreme working hours, then everyone says how they can force these developers such slave conditions. Something like this is an excellent idea. I understand for the proper functioning of a democracy is to have its citizens fully informed, but the rest of the world is not a citizen of the USA. Yes I still want to know the important stuff since our world is a connected world, but do I really have to see how the POTUS is holding a water bottle weirdly, or that they like Dijon mustard on their hot dog or tripped on a stair and now their age is in question.

My country has significantly more problems that are more relevant to myself, just like every other person from another country, and being bombarded by USA politics is exhausting and quite frankly a waste of my time and mental health.
