It may be more apt to share the recommendation that individuals should regulate their social media use to limit negative effects. The limits must be self-defined according to what each of us can tolerate. Bear in mind that it is often easier to define limits with the help of a mental health professional.

I played the demo and now I have played through the first two episodes. I really enjoyed what I’ve seen of the story so far, but with the settings that I have chosen there isn’t much gameplay to speak of.

That being said, I am looking forward to next week’s episodes the same way I would with a TV show I was getting into.
