I love “Matchstick Men.” Great plot. Fun characters. Chef’s kiss Cage freak-out towards the end.
When does the next shipment go out? I missed my chance on launch day…
It looks great, and I’m sure the team worked hard on it (from what I’ve seen, at least)… But I just can’t in good conscience support this after what they did to Kojima. The game looks like this in my memories from when I originally played through it years ago, anyway.
Oh, true! I forgot about that. I remember that being an issue with Link’s Adventure but not as much for EoW, though.
As much as I loved these games, they are not the ones I would’ve thought of first for checking them on the Switch 2…
We actually got two masterpieces out of this one title. The remake was an absolute perfect remake.
Mama Mia, papa pia, baby got the DIARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRHHEEEEAAAAAA!
Cool. I like the Studio Ghibli vibes.
Car keys in right pocket. Phone in left. I think it’s because cell phones weren’t very common when I started driving, haha. So my keys beat my phone to the right pocket by about 2 years or so.
Or maybe “It’s the End of the World as We Know It.”
Tears and toilet paper.
This song rules! 🤘🤘
Ha! Never heard this before, but it’s awesome that another group has played with Verdi’s “dies irae.”
So, this is nothing like what you’re looking for, but here’s another take on “dies irae” by Symphony X.
This is the state of the world right now: insane ideas like this meant to be an April Fool’s joke instead seems like just another crazy and dystopian headline. It’s not fun anymore…
Nintendo’s been saying this for decades, though this particular message is ridiculous.
But I still love playing my old SNES games. The Switch was laughably under-powered, but I still sank hundreds of hours into dozens and dozens of games… Because Nintendo values gameplay over spectacle. They’re not the only ones, of course, but I think they consistently do it better than most.
Check your Files app from Apple.
“6:00” by Dream Theater. It begins with a sick drum fill that pans across stereo speakers and then builds up with drums, then keyboards, then guitar/bass. It sounds fantastic cranked up on a good set of speakers!
