How did you fix the gcc version to old while compiling hyprland? I have been trying to install it for the last month but couldnt cause of that error on gentoo.
Idk about OP, but it just worked for me, no problems. I assume your problem is that (surprise surprise) you need to update GCC.
I have made sure my gcc is updated. Could just be a problem when cleaning old gcc stayed instead of the new one.
Had that happen to me with the kernel.
ive never had an issue with it. probably need to update gcc
Yes, found that it was cause I had 2 version of hcc cause software I use need older one and gentoo defaulted to it.
