in totalitarian communist North Korea, the regime disseminates propaganda assuring their brainwashed citizens that being hungry is actually beneficial due to their failed communist agrarian policies

Between this and the article about skipping breakfast to save money it’s a pretty huge red flag that the capitalists are starting to try to soft pitch going hungry every day.

      They’re advertising intermittent fasting.

An actual food consumption model with nutritional science behind it. You can even find a lot of articles here on the Grad on how to set up a plan.

That’s a heavy stretch to stay that they’re telling people to starve. They’re essentially just saying “stop snacking whenever you feel hungry; you’re all obese”.

      Anyway. Fuck the Telegram.

Absolute rag of a new source, but what’s wrong with the article? They’re discussing how modern people are so used to feeling “full” that they keep constantly eating and snacking, which is usually on unhealthy items and is a sure fire recipe for weight gain, obesity, and a myriad of health issues.

They essentially just say that feeling hungry every once in a while isn’t a death sentence, and that you should just wait for your next meal. Along with recommending to stop gorging on chips, and to try intermittent fasting to help lose weight and avoid mindless snacking.

I feel like this is really stretching it to try and say that they’re telling people to starve.

I have human empathy for the common Brits… but I don’t think there’s anyone who can honestly say there isn’t also some deep karmic irony in all this, from the Genocide Island which at its peak, exported famines to all corners of the earth.

Whoever wrote that vile piece of digital toilet paper must’ve initially added two lightning bolt emojis next to each other before it got redacted
