I’m in my fourth decade of life, always lived in the US, and this is the first time I’ve ever seen that word. Though I don’t make a habit out of socializing with racists, so I can’t rule out that some people here might use it.

That lines up. I’m in my fourth decade of life, always lived in the US, and this is the first time I’ve ever seen that word.
