Last spot on the aisle, curb, pillar between spots, cart return, whatever. Being a cybertruck driver he’s almost certainly a douche, but this isn’t why he’s a douche.
Those lines aren’t for a handicapped spot, so honestly, more power to him. It’s dead space bc of the pillar.
