minus-squareCredibly_Human@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up1·4 months agoWhy would they? Ram hasn’t been a problem for more than a decade relating to UI. Electron apps being 500MB simply isnt a problem. People aren’t loading 15 seperate instances, at most power users are loading like 3.
Who knows, maybe this dram scarcity will cause a change of heart and make people optimise more again. :)
