Pretty sure the OP is talking about being personally motivated to do things he wants to and make his art/comics.
But why beat yourself up over writer’s block et. al.? Especially in the form of a shitty boss?
I understand what the post is about. I’m commenting on the nature of the self-criticism and motivation.
