    Makes me want to go talk to every teacher I had. “Hey fuck face. You bullied me for every missed punctuation point and misspelled word. Why didn’t you teach me the truth? Successful careers are built on the willingness to harm innocent people.”

      I think of this a lot as a teacher. So let me add successful careers are built on the willingness to defend the people, too. But for that to happen, we all need a good dose of reddy redsome class consciousness.

    Really goes to show the power of consequences. The working class can lose their livelihood if they don’t think about how they come across with care (and sometimes even if they do). A billionaire? No such thing.

    I feel like the unprofessionalism was part of his SOP. As the “rich playboy” archetype, his goal is to get the mark’s guard down, to demonstrate that it’s okay to be sloppy, encouraged even. You’ve been welcomed into a group of friends who keep each other’s secrets. you can drop the pretenses but not the preteens (sorry)
