I’m convinced people only go to Starchucks for the sugar squirts. The actual coffee itself is fucking disgusting burnt shit. Why not just sprinkle some ashes and a caffeine pill on the candy of your choice?

No. It’s always been shit. My fellow Americans just don’t know what good coffee actually tastes like becsuse it’s impossible to get here unless you make it yourself.
There are plenty of local shops and chains that make decent to good coffee, but even at the big chain level I swear to fuck I don’t understand Sbux. I’m the furthest thing from a picky eater and I really like bitter flavors in general, but even I draw the line at roasting beans to charcoal before brewing. When your coffee is worse than McDs you’re really fucking something up.
