Can anyone post a link to the material being referenced here, so I can decide whether to warn my church group about it?

Joe, your clam would be positively on fire with both physical and mental discomfort and your next piss would be like the fire of a thousand suns. Your butthole would probably get used to it, though. Be a little itchy depending on the laundry soap I guess.

On a related note why do people wear leggings thst have weird wrinkles or lines where the leggings bite into your ass crack? It looks so wrong. I’m not the only person who has noticed this, right??

You’ve gotten some answers already, but truly the main reason is to attempt to make your butt look better/more attractive.

What I don’t like about them is that it makes it seem like you’ve cast your butt in pottery or something, just completely rigidly fixed into that shape. To be fair I also don’t find leggings good looking, but they exist also for a functional, exercising purpose, and they’re good at that (afaik)

The wrinkles come from shortening the seam to less than the width of the fabric panel.

The seam being shorter means it pulls into the crack, accentuating instead of hiding it.

It theoretically results in stronger clothing, as opposed to streching the fabric around the seam, allowing the fabric to conform with less stress on it and the seam.
