    [off topic]

This book is actually useful. “Discover What You Are Best At” by Linda Gail.

I thought I hated working; I found out that a job that fits you makes all the difference.

If you have to earn a living, you might as well do something you enjoy.

This does work for some people, but my experience was that having my livelihood depend on my passion completely killed my passion.

        You misunderstand.

There’s a big difference between something you’re passionate about and something you enjoy.

The book works by testing your skills in different areas and then giving you a list of jobs that sue those skills.

For example, if one has good social skills and good dexterity they could be successful as a hairstylist or as a paramedic or as a product demonstrator.

All the jobs are different but they use the same skills.

If you actually like talking to people you’ll be miserable driving a truck alone all day. That’s what the book prevents.
