I disagree. For example I’m cancelling Rowling as I don’t want to give her more money to hurt kids with and I encourage others to do the same which, by definition, is cancel culture.

I thought that was just everyone now? Like every group doesn’t want to be cancelled and they all want to cancel at least something, maybe besides libertarians, they get pretty wild. Like I’m sure this comment will be down voted because someone thinks they don’t dislike cancel culture but actually they do because they themselves wouldn’t want to be cancelled.
