12·14 days agoOne or more of the connections were mixed up. One of the switches had to be on for the other one to do anything.
Not that it matters, its just a style/convention, but both the “hot” and “load” were white wires lol.

Its a simple case of bad carpentry, it doesn’t have to be sinister.
