Wanda was not a fish, which sparked a media firestorm about who is appropriate for various roles, appropriation, and other topics the movie-going public was decidedly not ready for. Anyway, that movie almost single-handedly precipitated the end of fish in movie production. For some it was a victory, for others, it was a significant setback that signaled a nadir in human/fish relations.
