Should the meme be true, this is the most responsible route. On the flip side, pizza may become scarce, so enjoy it while it lasts.

This is a fucked up choose your-own-adventure game.

Pizza dough is super easy to make.

The hardest part will be securing a cheese source and dairy free cheese source for my wife.

Yeah I’m in the dairy free boat as well. Though sometimes I consider it optional and then hate everything.

She’s allergic, and epipens are still too expensive.

Stay strong, also the less fake cheese you use the better they come out.

There’s gotta be some greasy comfort food you aren’t allergic to, homie. What about a fat stack of taquitos? Or 20 chicken nuggets all to yourself?

Taquitos are a go. I’m allergic to wheat and cows milk. Basically Italian food is out entirely (tragic I know)

Damn that is such a bummer, I’m sorry. I’m curious though, what would you say is your favorite ‘safe’ food? Seems like eastern cuisine would have lots of options for you.

Yeah many Asian cuisines are great for me (especially the ones with primarily rice/sweet potato noodles). Mexican is also pretty easy.

I’m lucky in that neither allergy is super serious, so I don’t have to avoid soy sauce or butter. Milk fucks me up though, and bread/pasta.

Gluten free has also come a long way since I was a kid, and since it’s only cows milk I can still eat goat or sheep cheese. Sadly all of that is really expensive in the US for some reason. I was super annoyed when I went to the rural UK and found that goat and sheep cheese was exactly the same price as cow cheese there.
