  • We just took the bag of garbage out and used the bathroom trashcan for stomach bugs. It’s small, can be moved right next to the bed, and wont ever hold anything not gross (unless you move – and then it’ll probably hold your sponges, brushes and cleaners). Also, in our house, everybody was expected to try to make it to the toilet, including kids. You start puking, you get ushered to the toilet with the trashcan held below you.

    All of this makes sense because norovirus is super contagious.





  • Not only is masturbation fine, it’s actually healthy. I think the problem here is pornography addiction – scrambles the brain and can lead to needing more and more graphic stimulation. I’m not blaming the actors, and im not saying it is all bad (in fact, I’m pro porn). Im just saying, like junk food and tv, pornography needs to be enjoyed in moderation. Meanwhile, masturbation is healthy in and of itself – whack or rub to your heart’s content.














  • Got a crockpot/slowcooker? If so, throw a thawed chicken breast in there, season it with paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper and add a small jar of salsa. Set it to low and go to work.

    When you come home. Shred it with a fork. You now have pulled chicken. Put it on a bun and add some bbq sauce. Bon apetit.

    But wait. There’s more

    Day two: slice some peppers and onions. Use the same seasoning on the peppers and onions and move them around in a scorching hot pan. Toss in leftover shredded chicken to warm up and absorb the flavor. I like to squirt some lime juice on it right at the end. Put that on a tortilla and enjoy your chicken fajitas.

    Easy and delish and not from frozen. Do multiple breasts and freeze the leftovers for future quick meals.
