That’s only true until you need to use it for work and install some proprietary software, or really do anything more complex than browsing the web and using steam.

35·2 days agoToo late greedy Nazi fucks. You showed your true colors and people will remember.
I don’t think i have ever farted accidentally. How old are you? I know it happens with age, we all saw Trump shit himself.
Moved my three laptops to Ubuntu, Mint and Zorrin. A week later I’m still dealing with issues setting them up.
Ngl, the move is more frustrating than linux nerds would have you believe. But a necessary move and I don’t regret it.
The problem is that a lot of women are really terrible at giving the right signals, and men are really bad at reading them.
And because men are the ones that pursue women traditionally, what do you expect them to do?
If they think there’s even a small chance, they will make the move, because they know if they don’t, even if that woman likes them, she will never ever make the first move.
The problem is the traditional approach to romance and the fact that women rarely pursue the men they like.
So go ahead, be a single grumpy bitch, because some men try to hit on you.
I dream that a woman would hit on me.

Why would the EU need an approval from the USA?
USA can use whatever the fuck they want. This is to replace all the transactions happening within the EU.
Having your own transactions system is a big win for the EU, even if no other countries adopt it, and it’s a massive loss for the USA.

5·5 days agoBefore YouTube, people used to share knowledge of how to do shit with computers/electronics/everything on forums. I still go and find info on those forums more often than on YouTube. Nothing would be lost is perhaps a slight over exaggeration, but not a hyperbole. I can’t remember the last time I used YouTube for anything else but entertainment.
Hyaluronic acid is one of the most common ingredients in moisturizers, it holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water.
First time hearing about it being injected into pps.

Setting up my dev environment took a while and some troubleshooting.
The last issue that I can’t seem to solve is streaming 4k videos in 265 encoding from my cheap network drive. I have all the codecs, and tried multiple different players, messed with vlc setting, no luck. Audio out of sync, or no video, or stuttering, or refusing to play at all.
I can access those videos on my phone and even stream them to my Chromecast, so there’s no reason it should not work on linux laptops.
