Just family members of that age group really.
Just family members of that age group really.
Obviously. But have you accessed fb in the last 5 years? There’s no content anymore, just ads.
I mean, is it? It’s pretty much just boomers using it regularly now.
Yeah I moved to bing a year ago, it genuinely is.
They had psychedelics in medieval times. Mushrooms, ergot, etc.
We’re talking about why people like working with people face-to-face, so how is that not important? 😆 It’s pretty much the only factor that matters to me in terms of wanting to work in the physical office or not.
Yeah we all are mate, neither of us have much choice in that 😆 Doesn’t mean it doesn’t attract wonderful people.
Obviously I do, some of them are close friends now. But being around 100 people I really like for 27 hours a week is really good for me. During the pandemic I only went into the physical office once a week and it made me realise how much I appreciate that kind of socialisation.
You shouldn’t have pain just from sitting. Doing yoga or pilates or other strength exercises can stop this from happening.
Not far off, it’s a worker co-op 😆
Depends on where you work. My colleagues are brilliant, I’ve made lifelong friends at my work place but then it’s quite a radical work environment so attracts interesting people. I’d be gutted if I couldn’t see them every week.
I have some sea salt flakes I use in whatever I’m cooking, if it’s needed. Most things taste nicer with a bit of salt in.
Lots of gum (in the UK anyway) doesn’t contain plastic now.
The modifiers haven’t seemed to work for a long time.
Definitely do both if you need to, but don’t under estimate exercise. I went from 10.5st to 9.5st just doing couch to 5km and then continuing to run 5km 3 times a week, no other dietary changes.
Running for half an hour burns about 400 calories. 1 hour of running, 800. 3 runs a week can burn a day’s worth of calories. Don’t understate the impact exercise has.
You’re reading way too much into it, his original stand up was never clever.
They’re not wrong.
Yeah, I love my phone and the whole world it opens up, having access to so much information in my pocket. But I also hate how tied we are to them now. I bought tickets for a gig recently and the only way I can access them is by downloading an app (that I’m only going to use for this one gig). What if I didn’t have a smartphone? What if I didn’t want to take a smartphone to a gig? You aren’t allowed to go to this gig without one, and it’s a small thing, but I don’t like how the option is out of your hands.
Pretty much every supermarket in the UK now requires you to download an app so you can access their offers. I hate this so much.
Montezuma’s, Radek’s Chocolate.
