Diesel vehicles are the same price range as electric vehicles if not more expensive. The cost of ownership on diesels is way way more than an EV.

I agree but just want to mention the DOJ did try to prosecute, it was Trump’s judge that delayed the case. The DOJ was moving forward on the case the whole time while managing all the cases for the other insurrectionists and investigating the thousands of people involved.
