I think Age of Empires was actually a great introduction to history for a lot of kids.
I can 100% confirm that, despite going on to earn a history degree, when I think of Joan of Arc, William Wallace, Genghis Khan, or Saladin, I think of the campaigns from AoE2

I haven’t played KCD2 yet, but I hope Henry becomes a Hussite radical.
Jan Hus is stirring up trouble but Henry goes to Kuttenberg in KCD2, not Prague. Hus and the Hussites are mentioned a few times in passing.
Kuttenberg sounds really funny in Dutch, it basically translates to “Cunts Mountain”.
